Any chance we are related? I never run into anyone with Kraemer spelled the exact same way with the “e.” My ancestors came from Germany. The farthest back I’ve been able to go is Matthias (possibly spelled Mattheus) was born around 1829 in Prussia, Germany. He emigrated from Germany and settled in Lomira, Dodge County, Wisconsin, in the early 1850’s with his first wife Margariet (possibly Margaretha) born Margaretha Eischen in 1835 or 1836, most likely 1836, in Prussia, Germany. She died around 1862, at about age 26 or 27 years old in Wisconsin. They had three children John (b.1857), Lena (b. 1858) married George LECHLER, and Elizabeth “Lizzi” who married Peter GINDT. If there is any possibility we are related, please feel free to email me at: [email protected].
