Fifth Harmony is an American based female band. The story of the band started in the 2012 season of The X Factor. They had two names before the Fifth Harmony, first “Lylas” and then “1432”.

The Fifth Harmony consists now of 4 girls, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui.
Allyson Brooke Hernandez was born in San Antonio, Texas, the United States, on July 7, 1993.
Normani Kordei Hamilton was born on May 31, 1996, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
Dinah Jane Milika Ilaisaane Hansen Amasio was born on June 22, 1997 in Santa Ana, California, United States.
Lauren Michelle Jauregui was born in Miami, Florida, United States on June 27, 1996.
Camila Cabello was a member of the group, but she left by the end of 2016. Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao was born on March 3, 1997, in Cojímar, Cuba.
Career
The whole story of the Fifth Harmony began in the second season of the United States The X Factor competition. In 2012, the members went to audition for the competition in solo, and they all failed to get into the categories of teens or young adults. So, the members Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Camila Cabello, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui, were qualified to join the group’s category in the competition.
The band first was named “Lylas,” then the members changed it to “1432”. After that, the “Fifth Harmony” name came out from the public as the band’s members asked people to give them names online. At The X Factor, the band made it to the finals and finished at 3rd place in the competition.
Fifth Harmony’s debut studio album was released in 2015 titled “Reflection.” The album was very successful as it peaked on top weekly charts including 5th on the Billboard 200 United States chart, nine on the Spanish Albums chart, eight on the New Zealand Albums chart, eight on the Canadian Albums chart, next to many other charts in other countries.
“7/27” is the band’s second studio album and it was released in 2016. The album has songs featuring Missy Elliott, Ty Dolla Sign, and Fetty Wap. “7/27” debuted at one on the Brazilian Albums chart, and on the Spanish Albums Chart.
In 2017, Fifth Harmony released their 3rd studio album, and they’re first without Camila Cabello, a self-titled album “Fifth Harmony.” One of the album’s songs titled “Down” features Gucci Mane. The album peaked at one on the Spanish Albums charts as it was their second 1st rank on the Spanish Albums.

Fifth Harmony band won more than 55 awards since their career start just a few years ago.
