The book that Piper wrote is far from the truth as to what it is like in prison, and the tv show of Orange Is The New Black is a joke. I read her book and when I was done the only place that I wanted to put it was in the TRASH. The tv show I couldn’t even stand to sit and watch. I spent 12 years in Federal Prison and couldn’t support Piper’s book or the tv show in any way.
