I started watching GH because of Steve Burton. Even tho he doesn’t smile his acting is great. I will miss him if he ever leaves the show!
Steve Burton is “The Man” I sure hope he doesn’t leave!!! We need him in Port Charles!!!
Longtime fan of GH and Jason (Steve Burton) is such a heartthrob and I will miss seeing him.
I support and agree with his decision when standing for personal choice. Wish you and your family well and hope to see you on the screen again soon!!!
When Steve Burton leaves g. H. I stop watching.
Now that GH has fired him I am no longer going to watch the show. What a huge mistake they have made!
“Personal choice” does not include putting others at risk. He chooses to not be vaccinated against covid. The producers of the show have chosen to not allow his choice to put others in the cast and crew at risk — that is THEIR right. In the meantime, his “choice” still puts his family, and others around him, at increased and unnecessary risk. I find that irresponsible, and quite honestly, idiotic. He left GH before — the show continued just fine without him. I’m sure they will be just fine now as well. The show is named “General Hospital”, not “Mobsters on Parade” — it could do with less focus on the “mob activities”, and more focus (as it was when I first watched the show) on the Hospital and it’s staff anyway.
I watch the show because of him.
I stopped watching when he left before. I’m once again done with GH.
I believes the dumbest thing Gen. Hospital has ever done in the 50years I’ve watched, is to FIRE this actor for not taking the vaccine. Your ratings will drop and you deserve it.
You will be sorry,
Cindy
P.S YOU WILL BE SORRY FOR FIRING JAX TOO.
Although I do respect Steve’s choice I will greatly miss him
Steve Burton is the reason I watch general hospital! He makes the show and without him on it is horrible!!!
I totally respect Steve Burton for standing up for what he believes. The vaccine mandates are total BS. It’s so obvious that this is about government control and not about a virus. I too am not vaccinated and proud that I didn’t bend over for the government to “jab” me. It would have been much easier for Steve to give in but this shows he has a backbone and a strong belief system for right vs wrong. Im glad he is in a financial position to make such a good strong decision! Disney and ABC are all caught up in the politics of all of this
I just met Steve Burton and Bradford Anderson. They are both very sweet, fun, thoughtful and kind. They made my night…and possibly week and month.
