first off she’s not divorced but a widow and has only 1 stepdaughter-Kelley Earnhardt Miller and 2 step sons- Kerry Dale Earnhardt and Ralph Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Whoever wrote this article is delusional.
The Author of this forgot to mention that in 2016 Teresa tried to sue her own step-son Kerry Earnhardt for using his own name on a housing collection.
What’s even worse Dale Jr had to pay her to use his own name. She transferred the patent on his name from his father to herself. Dale Jr. said he only got a pair of his Dads cowboy boots after he died.
I have never followed Teresa since shortly after Dale’s death. I lived in N. Palm Beach, saw Teresa occasionally in different discount stores. Marshall’s, Steinmart. I don’t agree with how she has treated Dale’s children. She can never change the fact they are 150% Earnhardt’s. Senior did not build the Empire for Teresa, he built it for his family.
They obviously don’t need her KERRI, KELLY & DALE JR have done well. Senior would be proud. He would have spoiled Isla, just wait ppl, she is gonna be the Champion!
They should have left DEI totally alone as a memorabilia to Dale and RCR, NO DOUBT!
Teresa is a disgusting human being. Shame on her. Sr. would not approve of the things she has done, including Steve Park. God bless Kerry, Kelly and Jr. and their families.
Let me say that you people seem to forget that Teresa helped Sr. build that company. That she lived in poverty with him. That she marketed for him so that he could concentrate on racing. Sr and she had a partnership that she helped build. His children tried to roughshod her after his death and take over and as a woman who helped build an empire she had a right to fight for that
I don’t think so. DEI has been run into the ground by her. No longer has any business arrangements with anyone, in any branch of NASCAR. Meanwhile Dale Jr.and Kelly have made JR Motorsports prosper greatly.
She DID NOT live in poverty with him…he was living in a nice home on the lake when she married Dale.

Also there is no more DEI the money she has is from his life insurance policy and $10 mil from selling the company. She did help make him a household name but she also screwed his kids (her step kids) out of their name sake. Honestly both sides could’ve handled things better. But it is what it is.
Teresa is a money grubbing witch. She forgot what goes around comes around.
